No. Neither olive oil or any other cooking oil are allowed to be used freely. They are pure fats and a big part of the Dukan diet is lowering your fat intake.

In the Attack phase only 2-3 drops on a pan before frying are allowed, and these should be wiped off with a paper towel. Alternatively 1-2 sprays of a 1cal oil spray can be used in a similar manner.

From Cruise (and this is a late addition to the diet from an official chat with Dr. Dukan) you can use 1 tsp of oil (olive or rapeseed), but no more than that.
