Ingredients

 Cherry Tomatos3-4 (optional)
 ChivesBunch
 Cream cheese (fat free)1-2 tbs
 Eggs1-2
 Ham (lean)2-3 slices
 Mushrooms2 (optional)
 Onions1 small, 1/2 large
 Spinach leaves20g

Instructions

Prepare the chosen ingredients by chopping mushrooms, bacon, onion, spinach, chives...

Cook ham and onion first, then add mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, spinach...

Once cooked and a little tender, remove from heat

Stir through cream cheese

Spoon mixture in baking dish

Crack 1-2 eggs

Place baking dish into another larger dish with boiling water (make sure it is at least half way up)

Bake 20 minutes (10 covered with foil)

Garnish with chives

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
