Add the bran, salt and baking powder and mix.
Put the mix into two equal cups, that can be used in the microwave.
Put into the microwave for 6 minutes, full power.
Take out and put both of the buns onto a plate, upside down.
Put back into the microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
