Ingredients

 Crushed tomatoes1 can
 Fat Free Parmesan CheeseGood sprinkle
 Garlic1
 Green pepper1/2
 MushroomsAs many as desired
 Skinless Chicken Breasts4-6

Instructions

Cover baking tray with layer of crushed tomatoes and place chicken on top.

Pour rest of tomatoes over top of chicken.

Put sliced green pepper, onions, garlic and mushrooms on top by spreading all over.

Sprinkle a good amount of fat free parmesean all over.

Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
