Ingredients

 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1 teaspoon
 Cream cheese (fat free)1 tablespoon
 Greek yogurt (fat free)1 teaspoon
 Oat bran2 tablespoons
 sugar substitute1 Packet

Instructions

Combine oat bran and cocoa powder.

In a separate bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt and sugar substitute and whip.

Add oat bran mixture to cream cheese mixture and press together with a fork to combine them and form a ball.

Pat down in your hands and place on a microwavable plate being sure not to press it onto plate. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
