Ingredients

 Baking powder2 Teaspoons
 Cherry Extract (sugar free)3 Teaspoons
 Eggs (beaten)4 Eggs
 Greek yogurt (fat free)12 Tablespoons
 Low Fat Coca3 Tablespoons
 Oat bran12 Tablespoons
 Splenda (powder)9 Tablespoons

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 350F.

Pour liquid ingredients into a bowl with the dry ingredients.

Whisk until everthing is mixed completly.

Spray Pam on the muffin trays, and fill to about 1/4 inch of the top.

Bake for 15 minutes only!

Let muffins sit for about 10 minutes, then remove from tray. (I use the Silicone muffin trays).

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
