Ingredients

 Baking powder2 tsp
 Cinnamon1 tsp
 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)2 tbsp
 Cornflour4 tbsp
 Diet Mountain Dew1/2 can
 Eggs2
 Jello Pudding Packet- Sugar free/fat free1 packet
 Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt1 container or 4 tbsp
 Oat bran10 tbsp
 PamSpray Pan!
 Skimmed milk1/4 cup
 Stevia1/4 cup
 Vanilla extract2 tsp

Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Mix all wet ingredients with dry ingredients.

Spray pan with Pam.

Cook for 350 for 30 minutes or so.

This recipe yeilds 30 mini muffins or 10 regular size muffins.

You will need to eat 6 mini muffins or 2 regular size muffins per day to obtain 2 tbsp of oat bran on Cruise.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
