Chocolate pancake

Ingredients

 Cream cheese (fat free)2 tbs
 Eggs1
 fat reduced hot chocolate powder2 tsp
 Oat bran2-3 tbs
 Skimmed milk1/4 tsp
 strawberries1-2
 Sweetener1 sachet (optional)

Instructions

Prepare pancake/galette: 1 tbs cream cheese, 2-3 tbs oat bran, 1 egg

Lightly oil pan, and pour pancake mix

Cook both sides, remove from heat onto plate when ready

Mix 2 heaps tsp reduced fat cocoa, 1 tbs cream cheese, sweetner (optional), then add 1 drop of milk at a time

Should have a thick consistency, keep stirring to remove lumps

Add more milk if too dry

Spread over pancake

IF on consolidation phase garnish with some strawberries

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
