Either make the chicken stock using the cube & water, or heat up the ready made stock.
Fry off the shallot and add the stock. allow to simmer for 5 mins and add the remaining ingredients.
Allow chicken to warm through and serve!
Can also use same method to make clear fish soup - using fish stock and either frozen fish fillets or seafood
