Ingredients

 Cabbage, finely shredded or chopped1 cup
 Carrots1/4 medium size, finely shredded
 Dry Mustard1/4 tsp
 Dukan mayonnaise1 Tbsp
 Lite-Salt1/4 tsp.
 Splenda1 pkg
 Yogurt (fat free)4 ounces

Instructions

Mix top six ingredients together.

Toss with cabbage and carrot.

Sprinkle with paprika or dried dill weed.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
