Ingredients

 Crystal Light (or Generic) Crystals1/2 tub
 Gelatine1 envelope
 Skimmed milk2 cups
 Vanilla extract1 tbsp

You can use any flavor of crystal light as long as you think that will fit with milk, such as strawberry. Here I used raspberry.

Empty an envelope of gelatine into 1 cup of COLD milk. Mix them and then heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. Put ice too cool down the mixture.

When the gelatine and milk cools down to room temperature, mix it with 1/2 tub of crystal light, vanilla extract and another cup of cold milk. DO NOT put crystal light into the WARM milk.

Stir well and pour into containers. Set in fridge for at least 3 hours.

*For firmer of softer set, adjust the amount of milk.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
