Ingredients

 Chicken breastsHandful cooked and shredded breast (i used the breast from a bought BBQ chicken)
 Cottage Cheese (fat free)2-3 tablespoons
 Curry powderTo taste (start with a teaspoon and add more to desired flavour)

Instructions

Mix the curry powder and cottage cheese together

Mix with the chicken in a microwave safe bowl

Heat for 2-3 minutes (until cottage cheese has melted)

Remove from microwave and mix together for a creamy curry

Tip Add veggies when you are in the protein & veg days, or have as is on protein and attack phase

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
