Ingredients

 Garlic cloves2
 Gingerto taste
 Salmon Fillet1
 Soy sauce (low sodium)50 ml
 Teriyaki sauce50ml

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 250 C.

Place the salmon in foil in a baking dish.

Add remaining ingredients.

Close the foil on all sides to make it look like a 'parcel' leaving a little room inside it for the hot air to circulate.

Bake for 15 minutes.
