Dukan Tostada

Ingredients

 Cucumber1 peeled & diced
 Onions1 large, diced
 Red Pepper1 chopped
 Romainewashed and torn
 Salsato taste
 Scallionschopped
 Sour cream (fat free)to taste
 Tomatoes1-2 Chopped
 Turkey mince250g (or to taste)

Instructions

Dice yellow onion and the scallions. Add the white parts of the scallion and the onions together, and saute until cooked.

Add ground turkey (if you can't find the seasoned kind, add your own seasonings of garlic, red pepper, etc.) Cook until the turkey is browned and done.

Tear romaine and place on a plate. Add sliced cucumbers and red peppers. On top of that add diced fresh tomatoes. On top of that add some of the ground turkey and onion mixture.

On top of that sprinkle some green scallions.

On top of that add some salsa.

Top off the salad with some fat free sour cream.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
