Ingredients

 Diet ketchup (sugar free)4 tbs
 Dijon mustard2 tbs
 Eggs1
 Lean minced meat500g
 Oat bran1/4 cup
 Onions1, chopped

Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 375F/190C

Chop the onion

Beat the egg

Combine all main ingredients in a bowl except for 2 tbs of ketchup and the 2 tbs dijon mustard

Form mixture in a loaf pan

Combine the last 2 tbs of ketchup and 2 tbs dijon mustard and brush over the meat loaf.

Cook in oven for approximately 1 hour 15 mins.
