 Eggs2 eggs
 Ham (lean)2-3 slices
 Pepperto taste
 Saltto taste

Instructions

Cut the ham slices into chunky rectangles.

Break the eggs into a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat up the pan (preferably a non-stick one to avoid using oil).

Pour the eggs on to the heated pan followed by the ham slices.
