 Spring onions2-3

Instructions

Chop up the spring onions into small pieces.

Break the eggs into a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat up the pan (preferably a non-stick one to avoid using oil).

Pour the eggs on to the heated pan followed by the chopped up spring onion.
