Ingredients

 Cucumbera half of a big sized, or a small one
 dillto taste
 Garlic1 clove
 Greek yogurt (fat free)400 gr
 Olive Oil3 tsp
 Salt & Pepperto taste
 Vinegarsa dash

Instructions

Grind the cucumber and the garlic clove.

Mix with the greek yogurt. Add salt pepper, dill and olive oil.

Put in the fridge to cool

Enjoy!
(optional, you can add some ground carrot if you like)

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
