Ingredients

 Black peppersprinkling
 Canned Tomatoes1 tin
 Chicken breasts4
 Garlic1 tea spoon
 Mango Chutney4 table spoons
 Mixed herbs1 tea spoon
 Saltsprinkling

Instructions

Coat the Chicken Breasts or Quorn Breasts with Mango Chutney and place in lightly oiled ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle with Black Pepper and Salt.

Pour the Tomatoes on the top of the Chicken or Quorn.

Add the Garlic amd Mixed Herbs.

Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes on a Medium Heat.
