Ingredients

 Curry powder1-2 tsp
 Eggs4
 Minta few leaves, fresh
 Quark50g
 Salt & Pepperto taste

Instructions

Beat the eggs together with the quark in a bowl.

Add the all the spices.

Chop the mint and fold into the mixture.

Use a pan on low heat and fry the omelette on both sides.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
