Ingredients

 Basil1/2 tsp
 Chives1 tsp, fresh, chopped
 Dried Parsley1 TBSP
 Eggs1
 FF Mozzarella1/2 cup, shredded
 Garlic powder1 tsp
 Italian herbs1 tsp
 Oat bran1.5 Tbsp
 Onions1 TBSP (I use dried onions)
 Salt & Pepperto taste
 Turkey mince1lb
 Worcestershire Sauce2 TBSP

Instructions

Add egg to ground turkey meat & mix.

Add all seasonings & Worcestershire Sauce and mix well. (I put this, covered, in refrigerator for about 4 hours, hoping to enhance the flavor)

Heat skillet with non-fat cooking spray.

Form the mixture into balls, then flatten.

Place the Fat Free Mozarella cheese in the center & close the meat mixture around the cheese.

Cook evenly on both sides until done.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
