Muesli Ice-cream

Ingredients

 Cream cheese (fat free)60g
 Eggs1
 Oat bran4 table spoons
 Orange aroma20 drops
 Skimmed milk0.25 litre
 Sweetener3 table spoons
 Vanilla podshalf

Instructions

Cut the vanilla pod along the middle and put into a pot with the skimmed milk. Heat up until it boils.

Once the milk is boiling take it off the heat, remove the vanilla pod and add the oat bran together with 1 table spoon of sweetener.

Put the pot back on low heat and slowly cook until the oat bran fully swells.

Beat the egg as if making an omelette and mix it into the milk & oat bran. Take the pot of the stove.

Mix the cream cheese in a bowl with the remaining sweetener and add to the oat bran mass.

Put the mixture into glasses or ramekins and let it cool down (about 30 minutes at room temperature).

Place the desert in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Mix every hour to prevent crystallisation.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
