Ingredients

 half a teaspoon of splenda or artificial sweetner
 Oat bran3 dessert spoons
 Skimmed milkquarter cup
 Vanilla extract (or other aroma)half teaspoonfull
 Vanilla yoghurt (low fat)1 dessert spoon

Instructions

Microwave or cook on stove oat bran and milk for one minute.

Add splenda (optional) Stir and cook a further minute.

Add vanilla essence and yoghurt and stir

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
