Ingredients

 linseed1tsp
 Low Sodium Saltpinch
 Oat brandaily allowance
 Skimmed milk3tbsp

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together to a moist firm consistency. (You cna use water instead of milk).

More liquid can be added if too dry.

Spread out on plate with the back of a spoon to preferred thickness.

Stick in the microwave for 3/4 minutes until dry and crispy.

Alternatively make a batch for 3/4/5 days.

Spread on a baking tray and divide into squares with a knife.

Bake for 10/15 mins on med. heat until dry and crisp.

Cool and store for future use.

Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
