Ingredients

 Cream cheese (fat free)2 Tbsp.
 Garlicto taste
 Oat bran4 Tbsp.
 Pepperto taste
 Pumpkin3 Tbsp. boiled and cooked
 Wheat Bran2 Tbsp.

Instructions

Mix ingredients together in a bowl.

Add the cooked pumpkin - about 3 large tablespoon scoops - but more or less according to your taste.

Fry in a pan as you would with oat bran pancakes.

Instead of cooking one large pancake each, we decided on a few smaller fritters. These come out crispy on the outside and slightly moist on the inside due to their thickness.

You can make these sweet or savoury. I prefer savoury served with a fried egg on top together with a little 0% carré frais cheese cube.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
