Ingredients

 Coriander1 tablespoon (chopped)
 Lean steak mince450g
 Limes1 (zest & juice)
 Pepperto taste
 Red thai curry paste4 tablespoons
 Saltto taste
 Thai fish sauce1 tablespoon

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl (thai fish sauce is optional)

Using slightly damp hands, shape the mixture into four 10cm / 4in burgers. Cover and chill for 20 mins.

Cook on a BBQ or grill for 6-8 mins on each side or until juices run clear.

TIP! Use a fat-reducing grill such as George Forman’s to make these even healthier!
