Ingredients

 Basil1/2 tsp
 Dried Parsley Flakes1 tsp
 Eggs1
 Lemon juice1 tsp
 Oat bran1.5 tbsp
 Old Bay Seasoning1 tsp
 Onions1 tbsp (can be dried onion)
 Salmon2 6 oz cans, drained
 Salt & Pepperto taste

Instructions

Beat the egg & oat bran

Add in salmon & drizzle with lemon juice

Mix in dry ingredients

Spray skillet with non-stick no-calorie cooking spray and heat on medium.

Ball & flatten 3 patties from mixture & place in heated pan. (Round the edges with your thumb to help them stick together)

Cover & cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through.
