Ingredients

 Cream cheese (fat free)150g
 Horseradishto taste
 Lemons1 squeeze
 Smoked Mackerel fillets2

Instructions

Remove the skin from the smoked mackerel fillets and flake into a bowl, taking care to remove any bones.

Add 150g of fat free cream cheese.

Add lemon juice and horseradish to taste.

Put in the refrigerator to give it time to firm up.

Can be served with oat bran bread or pancakes for a nice lunch.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
