Pierce the spaghetti squash with a paring knife to create holes. Make sure you do this, as this will let the steam escape while cooking.

Place in the microwave and cook on high for about 4-5 min per pound.

Let it cool down before you continue.

Cut it open lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Now scoop out the pasta-like strands. Season with salt, pepper, or your favorite spices and serve.
