Ingredients

 Chiveshandful, to taste
 Eggs1
 Oat bran1.5 Tbsp
 Salt & Pepperto taste
 Shallotshandful, to taste
 Tuna, canned in water1 can (about 165g)

Instructions

Chop the chives and shallots.

Mix all ingredients together into patties.

Fry for about 3-4 mins on each side.

You can experiment with adding various herbs & spices.
