Mix half of the egg yolks with the sweetener and quark. Add some vanilla extract.
Mix half of the gelatine in half a glass of hot water.
Whip half of the the egg whites.
Once the gelatine cools down pour it into the cheese mixture and mix.
Carefully mix the egg whites in and pour everything into your cake form.
Put away the form into the fridge to cool down.
Repeat the steps above for the other half of the ingredients only this time add some low fat cocoa into the mixture.
Pour the chocolate layer over the vanilla one and leave in the fridge to settle.
For best taste take out 15-30 minutes before eating.
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
