Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Soften cream cheese, then add the yogurt and mix.
Stir in the 2 whole eggs and the 1 egg white and stir.
Add the brans, the baking powder, salt & pepper and the dill weed and stir well.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour into a small ovenproof container. I line the container with parchment paper and it works perfectly.
Bake for 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
