Ingredients

 Basil1/2 tsp
 Egg whites3 tbsp
 Eggs6
 Greek yogurt (fat free)2 tbsp
 McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb1/2 tsp

Instructions

Mix eggs, yogurt, basil, egg whites, & Garlic & herb spice in a bowl.

Pour in a pan which has been lightly sprayed with Pam.

Cook over medium low heat until eggs are no longer wet and runny. serve..

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
