Pre-heat oven to 200C
Place foil in baking tray
Place salmon in foil
Place some slices of ginger on top (to taste)
Sprinkle with soy sauce (to taste)
Sprinkle with oat bran (1.5 tbsp usually enough)
Cover salmon completely in a loose foil parcel
Cook in the middle of the oven for +/- 25 minutes
If you want a crunchy crust, open the foil parcel for the last 5 minutes of cooking time
Serve and savour!
