 Black pepperto taste
 Fromage Frais300g (low fat)
 Salmon Roe1 small jar
 Saltto taste
 Smoked Salmon4 slices



Beat together fromage frais and quark.


Fold in the salmon roe, salt and pepper.


Place a little of this mixture on to each slice of salmon and roll up, securing with a knotted chive or cocktail stick.


Eat with mini pancakes.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
