Ingredients

 1 tsp of vanilla or almond extract1
 Cottage Cheese (fat free)1 lb
 Eggs2
 Lemon zest1/2 lemon
 Sweetener1/2 cup spenda that measures like sugar or equal amount of any sweetner

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Bake in glass dish for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 F degrees. It is done when it is slightly brown around edges and dry on top Cool in pan.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
