Ingredients

 Dijon mustard2 Tbsp
 Dried Dill2 tsp
 Garlic powder1/2 tsp
 Lemon juice2 Tbsp
 Salmon Fillet2
 Salt & PepperTo taste
 Scallions3 Tbsp, finely chopped
 Sour cream (fat free)1 cup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking spray.

Whisk sour cream, dill, scallions, mustard, and lemon juice in small bowl to blend.

Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then spread with sauce.

Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 20 minutes.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
