Wipe skillet with peanut oil on paper towel. Add meat, garlic, pepper, and old bay seasoning, onions and mushrooms. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Once meat is brown add Boullion and 1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar. Bring to a boil, then cover, and simmer for 20 mins. Stirring occasionally.
Mix Yogurt, soy sauce and 1 tsp of Balsamic Vinegar, beating with a whisk until smooth.
Remove meat mixture from heat. Add yogurt mixture to meat and stir well
Serve.
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
