Ingredients

 almond butter1 tablespoon
 frozen blueberries1 cup
 Ice1/2 cup
 kale1 cup
 Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt1/2 cup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth.

The almond butter makes it a celebration meal treat, but otherwise it's full of delicious goodness! :)

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
