Dry the extra moist off the salmon fillet.
Preheat the oven under 200C
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl into a paste.
Place the salmon on a piece of baking paper, let it sit in the baking tray.
Brush the mixed paste on top of the salmon.
Place the baking tray in the oven, heat about 20 min, until the top is a little dry ans start to get a bit of color.
Serve warm with a piece of fresh lemon and preferred herbs.
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
