Ingredients

 Butter flavouring (dukan shop)several drops
 butternut squash2 cups cooked and mashed
 Cinnamon1 teaspoon
 Eggs3
 Nutmeg1/2 teaspoon
 Salt1/2 teaspoon
 Skimmed milk1/3 cup
 Splenda1/2 or 1/3 cup (depends on your taste)
 Vanilla extract1 teaspoon

Instructions

Peel the butternut squash and steam cook it. Then mash it.

Preheat the oven at 190C.

Mmix all ingredients, then put them in a casserole dish or ramekins and bake in the oven at 190C for around an hour or until it is set.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
