Ingredients

 Baking powder1 teaspoon
 Cream cheese (fat free)1.5 tablespoons
 dill3 teaspoons fresh, snipped
 Egg whites1
 Eggs2
 Grated cheese1/4 cup fat free cheddar
 Greek yogurt (fat free)1.5 tablespoons
 Oat bran2 tablespoons
 Salt & Peppera couple dashes
 Wheat Bran1.5 tablespoons

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Soften cream cheese, then add the yogurt and mix.

Stir in the 2 whole eggs and the 1 egg white and stir.

Add the brans, the baking powder, salt & pepper and the dill weed and stir well.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Pour into a small ovenproof container. I line the container with parchment paper and it works perfectly.

Bake for 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
