Cheesecake Galette

Ingredients

 Almond Extractfew drops
 Cream cheese (fat free)1 tbs
 Galette1
 Low fat ricotta cheese1 tbs
 Skimmed milkfew drops
 Sweetenerto taste

Instructions

Prepare your galette according to instructions. I add cinnamon and nutmeg and some stevia for a sweet flavor.

Combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese and enough milk to make a creamy topping.

Add almond and sweetener to taste.

Spread topping on galette. Can be served warm or chilled.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
