Ingredients

 Allspiceto taste
 Bay leaf1-2
 Carrots2 small
 Celery1
 Chicken breasts0.5 kg
 Gelatineas needed
 Ground Pepperto taste
 Leek1
 Parsleyfew leaves
 vegeta3 flat tsp
 Vinegar1 tbsp
 Water1.5L

Instructions

Cut up each breast into 4-5 pieces.

Cut 1/3 to 1/2 of the leek and slice to create rings.

Put the vegetables, herbs and meat into a pot and cover with water. Cook for about 30 min.

Near the end, add the slices of leek.

Put the pot aside and take out everything leaving the broth inside.

Add gelatin (follow the instruction on the package for the amount of broth you have) and the vinegar to the liquid.

Prepare plastic cups or glass containers and fill these loosely with the meat and veggies. (Optionally you could add hard boiled eggs here too)

Top up each container with the broth and gelatin mixture and leave to cool.

Serve with a small amount of lemon juice or vinegar.
