Ingredients

 Artificial Sweetner6tbs
 Cornflour2 tbs
 Eggs3
 fat free sugar free hot chocolate mix1tbs
 Saltpinch
 Vanilla essence1tsp
 Wheat Bran2tbs

Instructions

Separate the eggs

Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until they are stiff

Add the sweetner and gently stir in

Add the yolks and vanilla essence and stir in

Add the corn flour, wheat bran and hot chocolate powder and gently fold in.

On a baking tray covered in baking paper put small portions of the mixture with a good distance between each one. ( I can normally fit six on a normal size baking tray).

Bake for 10 mins at 180C

Best eaten whilst still warm
