Ingredients

 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1 table spoon
 Egg yolks1 (optional)
 Skimmed milk2 flat table spoons
 Skimmed milk powder7 table spoons
 Sweetener3 table spoons
 Vanilla extract8 drops

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, add only enough milk so that you can mix easily.

When done pour into an ice-cube tray or mould, you can use a fancy shaped one or just plain cubes.

Leave to settle for several hours.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
