Ingredients

 Cinnamon1/2 tsp
 Eggs1
 Oat bran3 tbsp
 Sweetener2 tbsp (optional)
 Vanilla yoghurt (low fat)2 tbsp (low fat)

Instructions

Whisk the egg and then slowly whisk in the vanilla yoghurt.

Stir in the sweetener, cinnamon and oat bran.

Use some spray oil to heat up a frying pan and pour the mixture in, cooking for a couple of minutes on each side until brown.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
