Ingredients

 Chicken breasts1 breast, cut into strips
 Fresh Garlic Cloves1 or 2
 Oat bran1.5 tablespoons

Instructions

Crush the garlic and put in a bowl with the oat bran. Add a touch of sea salt too.

Add the chicken and move around the bowl until it is coated.

Put chicken on a baking tray for 25 mins in the over and then eat!

Very crunchy and feels like you are having something you shouldn't!
