Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

 Eggs4
 Greek yogurt (fat free)4 tablespoons
 Mustard2 teaspoons
 Paprika spiceoptional
 Salt & Pepperto taste

Instructions

Place the eggs in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Cover and turn off the heat.

Let sit for 15-20 minutes.

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise, placing egg yolks in a small bowl.

Mash the yolks, add mustard (yellow or dijon, whatever flavor you prefer) and yogurt.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture and dust with paprika if desired.

This is just a basic recipe, and I am sure there are many other ways to dress these up so feel free to do these your own special way.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
