Set oven at 325F degrees
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until they form a peak.
At slow speed, incorporate the egg yolks.
Still on slow speed add the dry ingredients 1 tbsp at a time scraping the sides of the bowl.
Mix for a few minutes then put into a bread pan in oven for approximately 25 minutes.

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
